How does AI Call Centre pricing work?Pricing

Plans are billed in AUD with included minutes and phone numbers. Usage beyond inclusions is charged at published rates. Choose Starter, Growth, Business, or Enterprise based on call volume and locations.

Can I try it before I pay?Pricing

Yes — you can test the AI receptionist with a free live call from our homepage. No account and no trial required. When you're ready, set up your AI receptionist. There is no long-term contract.

How long does it take to go live?Setup

Most trade businesses complete onboarding in under 15 minutes: choose an industry template, add knowledge, set rules, pick a voice, assign a number, and run a test call. Multi-location Enterprise rollouts may take longer with sales assistance.

Can I change plans later?Billing

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade as call volume changes. Enterprise agreements may include custom inclusions, SLAs, and invoicing. Contact sales for volume pricing.

Are voices available in Australian English?Voice

Yes. The platform includes Australian English neural voices with tone, speed, and energy controls so callers hear a natural local accent.

How does the AI use my knowledge base?AI

Approved knowledge articles and FAQs are retrieved during calls so answers stay grounded in your business information. You can edit, disable, or version content at any time.

Where is my data stored?Security

We design for Australian privacy expectations with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs, and least-privilege admin controls. See the Security and Compliance pages for details.

Which systems can I connect?Integrations

Common connections include CRM, calendar, email/SMS, telephony, accounting, payments, and automation tools via native connectors or webhooks/REST API.

What support is available?Support

Self-serve documentation, in-app guidance, and email support are available on all plans. Business and Enterprise customers can access priority support and dedicated onboarding.

What should I put in the knowledge base first?Knowledge Base

Start with services, service areas, pricing policy (or defer-to-human rules), emergency handling, booking rules, and after-hours messaging. Keep articles short and factual.

What is the rules engine for?Rules

Rules control escalations, topics the AI must not answer, transfer conditions, and compliance phrasing — for example never quoting prices or always offering a callback for gas emergencies.

Does it handle after-hours calls?Calls

Yes. AI receptionists answer 24/7 by default, capture lead details, and book jobs according to your calendar rules — reducing missed after-hours opportunities.

Can I keep my existing phone number?Numbers

In many cases yes via porting or call forwarding, depending on carrier. During onboarding you can also provision a new Australian number and forward later.

Is AI Call Centre suitable for regulated industries?Compliance

Many service businesses use the platform with careful knowledge and rules configuration. Regulated use cases may require additional legal review, consent language, and human escalation paths.

The AI answered incorrectly — what should I do?Troubleshooting

Update the relevant knowledge article, tighten rules, re-test with the onboarding test call, and review the transcript. Most issues resolve by grounding answers in clearer source content.
