Customers are typically the controllers of end-customer personal information captured during calls; we process that information to provide the service.

To provide and secure the service, bill subscriptions, improve product reliability, communicate service updates, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information.

We design processes with the Australian Privacy Principles in mind, including notice, access, correction, and security of personal information.

Some subprocessors may process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take steps designed to protect personal information appropriately.

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date. Material changes may be communicated in-product or by email for account holders.
