Data Processing Agreement

Roles
Customer is the controller (or equivalent) for end-customer personal information uploaded or captured through the service. AI Call Centre Pty Ltd acts as processor for that information.

Processing details
Subject matter: telephony automation and related workflows. Duration: the subscription term plus limited retention for backups/legal holds. Nature: hosting, processing, transmission, and deletion per instructions.
Obligations
We will process personal information only on documented instructions, ensure confidentiality commitments for authorised personnel, implement appropriate security measures, and assist with reasonable data subject requests where applicable.
Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors for infrastructure, communications, and analytics. A current list is available on request via legal@aicallcentre.com.au or the Trust Centre.
International transfers
Where data is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law and customer agreements.
Deletion & return
Upon termination, customer may export available data within the product windows, after which we delete or anonymise personal information except where retention is required by law.
